ExecutivesFonda Berosini Director of Marketing, PR and Community, DigitalFonda Berosini is responsible for overseeing and implementing all new media marketing, publicity and grassroots efforts in coordination with Participant’s marketing and social action teams. Prior to joining Participant, Fonda spent four years at Warner Bros. Advanced Digital Services, where most recently she served as marketing and publicity manager, developing integrated digital marketing campaigns for Warner Independent Pictures’ feature film releases. Her responsibilities included securing promotional partners, generating editorial coverage, overseeing the creation of digital assets, managing vendors and developing blogger and fan outreach programs, as well as developing and executing internal and external communications plans involving Warner Bros. Online’s digital initiatives. Among the many film campaigns she worked on were those for MARCH OF THE PENGUINS, GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK, PARADISE NOW, A SCANNER DARKLY, THE SCIENCE OF SLEEP and THE 11TH HOUR. Before Warner Bros, Fonda was vice president at The Lippin Group, where she oversaw PR campaigns for the launch of Scripps Networks’ Fine Living channel, BBC Technology and other clients. Prior to Lippin, she was a manager at Rogers & Cowan Public Relations, where she managed the Microsoft/WebTV account for the television and convergence departments. Before moving to Los Angeles, she lived in Atlanta. There, she worked as an account executive for the firm's Duffy Communications and Rountree Group, where she began her career. Fonda is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications. What was your first job? Hostess/Waitress If you could change one thing about yourself or the world, what would it be? Greater understanding and acceptance of other people – for both myself and the world.
